Dear Resident A man has been charged and remanded after an alleged assault at a nightclub in Hemel Hempstead, and officers are now re-appealing for witnesses and information. The victim, aged in his 40s, suffered a laceration to his head and a black eye following an incident at the former Voltz Nightclub on Waterhouse Street, at around 1.15am on Saturday 14 June. He required hospital treatment for his injuries.
